Privacy Notice on Personal Data Processed in the Dealer Application Form

This privacy notice has been prepared by Gezer Ayakkabı Deri Sanayi ve Ticaret Anonim Şirketi, acting as the data controller, within the framework of Article 10 of the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (“KVKK”) and the Communiqué on the Procedures and Principles to be Followed in Fulfilling the Disclosure Obligation, in order to inform you about the purposes and legal grounds for processing your personal data, the method of collection, the parties to whom it may be transferred, and your rights under the KVKK.

The personal data among the company title, authorized person's name and surname, phone, e-mail, country, city, existing dealerships, and the information you share in the message field that you submit through the dealer application form on our website are processed for the purposes of receiving and evaluating your dealership application, carrying out the processes for establishing a dealership relationship, and contacting you regarding your application. We kindly request that you do not write in the message field any personal data not required for the evaluation of your application, or any special categories of personal data.

The personal data in question is processed automatically in electronic form on the legal grounds set out in Article 5 of the KVKK, namely “processing of personal data belonging to the parties to a contract being necessary, provided that it is directly related to the establishment or performance of a contract” and “processing of data being mandatory for the legitimate interests of the data controller, provided that this does not harm the fundamental rights and freedoms of the data subject.” Your personal data may be transferred to competent public institutions and organizations and judicial authorities where necessary within the scope of the application and legal dispute processes.
