Privacy Notice on Personal Data Processed in the Contact Form

This privacy notice has been prepared by Gezer Ayakkabı Deri Sanayi ve Ticaret Anonim Şirketi, acting as the data controller, within the framework of Article 10 of the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (“KVKK”) and the Communiqué on the Procedures and Principles to be Followed in Fulfilling the Disclosure Obligation, in order to inform you about the purposes and legal grounds for processing your personal data, the method of collection, the parties to whom it may be transferred, and your rights under the KVKK.

The name and surname, phone number, e-mail address, country, province and district information you share through the contact form on our website are processed for the purposes of carrying out the necessary work by the relevant business units to enable data subjects to benefit from the products and services offered by our Company, conducting the related business processes, and being able to contact you regarding the subject of your application. In addition, we do not have absolute control over the information you share through this form. We recommend that you do not share with our Company any personal data that you do not want us to know, including special categories of personal data.

The personal data in question is processed automatically on the legal ground set out in Article 5 of the KVKK, namely “processing of data being mandatory for the legitimate interests of the data controller, provided that this does not harm the fundamental rights and freedoms of the data subject,” and will only be shared with the relevant judicial authorities in the event of legal disputes.
